Interiors for a local Portland lobby art gallery, a four-unit co-housing community, and a fourth-floor amenity space.
This project was driven by a close-knit group of friends creating a home where they could live together and age in place. The design balanced shared spaces for collective living with private retreats for individual sanctuary.
Key features included in-building caregiver units, corridor toe-kick lighting, and structural blocking to accommodate future accessibility needs—ensuring the space would evolve with its residents over time.
